Are you a Customer Service Advisor or similar looking for an exciting varied role within an industry leading construction who will give you the ability to progress as the company grows, receive bespoke training plans and receive a 10% bonus?

On offer is the opportunity to join a leading construction company with nearly 300 staff. They are punching up against other companies who hold large market shares. They have a better quality product and they are making headway year on year.

There are clear progression pathways within the business. The next steps would be Team Leader and sales manager.

You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, making outbound calls to existing customers, maintaining the ERP / CRM, processing orders and other ad hoc administration tasks.

This role would suit a Customer Service Advisor or similar looking for their next challenge within a leading manufacturer, who will allow you to take full ownership of the role, progress through the business and receive a generous benefits package.

The Role:
* Answer in bound calls
* Update customers on their orders
* Process orders
* Monday to Friday role - 8:00-4:30
* 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
