Customer Service Advisor - German Speaking

Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a German speaking Customer Service Advisor for their client based in Cobham, Surrey.

Our client is a market leading international supplier within the bike industry, providing high quality products directly to consumers (bike riders) as well as retail partners. As a German speaking Customer Service Advisor it will be your responsibility to work with clients in the German speaking Region providing excellent customer service via phone or email and ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support customer & partner inquiries via email, phone and in person.
• Recognize information that can be tracked and analysed to improve understanding of dealer inquiries.
• Process orders received via the telephone, fax, e-mail or internet
• Contribute to building situation-based decision matrices.
• Educate partners on various products and services available to them.
• Support Sales and Rep teams as required.
• Opportunity to get involved with internal events and external community partnerships.

Person Specification:

• Excited about biking and getting involved in the bike industry.
• Fluent in German
• Strong customer focus and professional approach
• Love building relationships, and supporting customers
• Ability to be able to communicate effectively with a positive attitude
• Are self-directed and take pride in your work.
• High attention to details and highly organised administratively.
• Prior experience in account management/customer services is an advantage

This is a full time permanent position offering an annual salary of �27,500 + attractive company benefits

Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
