Our client based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor – Russian speaking. This is a full-time permanent position.
Duties include:
* Receive, answer, and effectively respond to all inbound customer calls, within a busy, multi-lingual contact centre in a professional, courteous and timely manner providing a 5* level of Customer Service and demonstrating a first contact resolution
* Handling/dealing with customer E-mail communications, to full resolution, ensuring complete accuracy and attention to detail
* Complete assigned tasks in a professional and timely manner, to meet agree service levels
* Check, verify and update, customer details/information within the CRM system at any point of contact
* Provide guidance and support to all customers, answering/responding to questions/queries and concerns, as appropriate
* Respond to all customer calls efficiently, politely and accurately, providing guidance and assistance to all customers
Hours of Work:
37.5 hours per week, Shift Rota, over 5 days (7.5 hours per day) within the following days/hours:
* Monday to Wednesday - 8.00 a m to 6.00 p m
* Thursday and Friday - 8.00 a m to 8.00 p m
* Saturday - 10.00 a m to 4.00 p m
Hybrid – Office / Remote
Office premises – Minimum 2 days per week – Tuesday/Wednesday
