TEMP-TO-PERM Customer Service Advisor required! Enjoy an hourly rate equivalent to 24-26k p/annum, weekly pay, 1 day working from home each week, free parking and a 4.30pm finish every Friday! Once permanent, you'll also enjoy a quarterly bonus, an employee benefits platform and lots more!
In this varied role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers for any after-sales queries and complaints, ensuring regular communication with customers and liaising with other departments such as technicians and suppliers.

As the Customer Service Advisor you will benefit from:
•Hourly rate of £11.54 - £12.74 (equivalent to 24-26k p/annum)
•Weekly pay whilst temping, monthly pay once permanent
•Salary between 24-26k pa PLUS 5% of salary company bonus - paid quarterly (once permanent)
•Option to work from home one day a week
•Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30am - 5:00pm and Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
•25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) with an option to purchase an additional 5 days leave (3 to be kept for Christmas shut down) (once permanent)

As the Customer Service Advisor you will:
•Be the first point of contact for customers over the phone and via email
•Take ownership of customer queries and complaints resolving routine ones and making sure they are dealt with and recorded, escalating complex issues and queries if necessary to the Customer Services Manager or Head of Customer Services
•Liaise with technicians, contractors and suppliers on the progress of works
•Complete various administrative tasks, entering data onto the system and logging information
•Attend on site visits with the Customer Services Manager
•Create and issue work instructions on the internal system

Who we're looking for:
We are looking for someone who is confident, empathetic and calm under pressure when liaising with customers. You will be highly organised, with strong time management skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues. The ideal candidate will be a pragmatic problem solver with keen attention to detail and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Resilience, adaptability, and proficiency in IT are essential, along with the capability to handle tight deadlines!
