Our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for their Ashford office. You will be the primary customer point of contact for the business, taking inbound calls and dealing with customers who visit in person, handling all manner of customer queries, policy changes and claims processing.
This is a Monday to Friday, 9-5pm, role (35hrs per week), with an hour for lunch break. Salary is �19-22,000 per annum, dependent on experience, with benefits to include:
