Customer Service Advisor

Immediate Start 3 month ongoing temporary to permanent assignment
Based in Knowsley Busines Park�
We are working with a local known brand to assist in the expansion of the Customer Service Team.�
If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and can build rapport with customers then we want to hear from you.�
The working hours for the role are between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday between 9am and 5pm.� All working days are 8 hours per day (8-4 /9-5)
Duites include:
- Dealing with incoming enquiries
- Processing telephone orders
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any queries
Person Specification:
- Excellent customer service skiils
- Ability to build relationships�
- Flexible to work within the hours above
