Customer Service Advisor�Worsley��13.21 per hour�Working in a�growing, friendly and supportive team, we are looking for motivated individuals with previous phone-based customer service experience for an on-going temporary assignment offering hybrid working after initial training.�
Hours:�Monday - Friday�between 8am and 6pm (37.5 hours per week) �
Key Accountabilities:
- Answering a high volume of inbound customer calls�
- Placing orders accurately over the phone�
- Entering customer and order details onto an intenral system
- Explaining the benefits of ordering online with a view to encouraging further orders to be placed through the website
- Answering queries and handling complaints as needed
You will need to demonstrate:�- Strong�written and oral communication�skills
- Confident working knowledge of MS Office�
- The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external colleagues
- Good organisation and planning skills
