I am delighted to be working with a Newcastle-based organisation as they are currently recruiting for a customer service advisor to join the business on a temporary ongoing basis. They are ideally looking for someone with great customer service skills and similar experience in a previous role.

Your new role

As a customer service advisor, you will be responsible for a range of tasks and responsibilities such as:

Call handling
Answering customer queries
Updating various systems
Completing various administrative tasks

What you'll need to succeed

Good attention to detail
Ideally, previous experience in a similar role
Excellent customer service skills
IT skills
