Customer Service Advisor�
Our client in the insurance industry are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to help them reach out to policy holders with information about their insurance policy.�
Key details:
2 month temporary assignment�
Full time, Monday-Friday�
Hybrid (office based in Reading town centre)
Responsibilities include:
- Taking a medium volume of inbound calls from policy holders who will be enquiring about their policy.�
- Suitably handling customer requests/enquiries,�in a timely manner.�
- Admin as required, taking notes of customer calls. Using a CRM system.�
- Escalating calls to the relevant department where needed.�
- Sending out emails to follow up after call where required.�
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a call centre or predominantly phone based role would be highly preferred.�
- Ability to explain outcomes clearly and concisely.�
- Clear communicator.�
- Ability to think on your feet.
