Customer Service Agent



Job Details :




  • Obtaining, verifying, and confirming customer information through answering incoming calls

  • Resolve customer queries and problems.

  • Raise notes on the internal company IT system for use, as necessary, by office and filed-based personnel

  • Escalate or pass through calls to the appropriate department or personnel.

  • Any other duties as may reasonably by requested by the Customer Care Team Leader or Customer Care Manager





Salary:               £24,000 per annum (starting for all)



Hours:                37.5 hours per week



                             Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of the 7 (approx. 1 weekend day worked a Month)



Location:           Leatherhead Office / Wrexham



                             Full time Office Based
