The Recpool Group are working with a market leading payroll specialist, who, due to significant success have expanded their operation into Liverpool city centre and are looking employ an experienced full time Customer Service Professional to be part of a new team working from their newly opened offices in Liverpool.

Operating as a key component within the business by providing a full cycle Customer Service support to contractor and limited company workers within the UK recruitment sector, this rare but exciting opportunity would be suited to someone who has a settled phone based Customer Service employment history with the relevant experience, but has a hunger to take it to the next step in being part of a growing business.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service with the main key responsibilities being, but not limited to -

* Dealing with existing clients across multiple shared service platforms

* Handling the after-care service of clients

* Resolving customer queries

* Building & maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

* Providing a professional and reliable service throughout

* Various admin tasks and documenting client information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

The person:

* A continuous and settled phone based customer service employment history

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Professional telephone manner and conduct

* IT literate and comfortable using standard Msoft Office packages, Gmail and Google Apps

* Previous Relationship Management and/or Customer Service experience; industry background in Financial or Payroll sectors

* Problem solving mentality

* Able to handle potentially challenging customers in a calm and effective manner and deliver the correct solution first time

* Ability to multitask across multiple systems

* Able to work well both independently and cooperatively

* Dedicated and receptive to training and feedback

The package:

* Basic salary offering between £23,000 to £25,000 based on experience and current level

* 25 days basic holiday

Due to the nature of this role and the high volume of applications expected, our client will only be looking to progress applications from candidates who have the above relevant contact centre customer service experience
