Calling all Customer Service Superstars in the Guildford area – buckle up! We're on the hunt for a Customer Service Advisor to join one of the UK's most successful prestigious Dealership Groups. And trust us, this isn't your average gig.
You’ll be representing an Iconic German brand (yes, the one everyone secretly wants in their driveway) and be the first point of contact for customers. Whether they need repairs, services, or an MOT – you'll be the one giving them the good news (and occasionally, the not-so-good news, like that MOT fail ).
But hey, it's not all serious business! You’ll get the chance to help a delightful variety of customers – from everyday drivers to those folks who seem like they might just own a small country. Your stellar customer service skills will shine through as you keep them updated on their beloved vehicle. Plus, if you've got a knack for sales (or even just a twinkle of interest), you're in luck – this could be your first pitstop on the fast lane to a career in sales.
We’ll train you with the brand (no, you don’t need to know your alternator from your air filter just yet), and since you'll be hanging out with the Service Advisors and Sales Executives, there’s a clear path for career progression. Who knows, today you might be booking a service, and tomorrow you could be closing a deal on a sports car!
What's in it for you?
A not-too-shabby £26,000 basic salary with an OTE of £30,000
25 days holiday + bank holidays (yes, we believe in actual days off)
