Our well established client are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for their contact centre due to workload. This will be on a temporary to permanent basis. The Working week will be Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.00.
The role will involve:-
● Identify & assess customer needs to achieve complete satisfaction
● Build good working relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
● Manage a high level of email orders processing them onto our operating system
