Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our market leading manufacturing client with their search for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor.
Overall Purpose:
- The purpose of this role is to ensure the customer feels supported, valued and world-class service whilst driving forward customer development, engagement and retention.
- You will be part of the existing commercial and business development team, in which they will have responsibility and influence in key accounts and campaigns.
Key Duties:
- Receiving and processing sales orders received over the phone and electronically.
- Create your own relationships with existing accounts.
- Convert enquiries into sales.
- Generate sales leads from marketing campaigns.
- Select, despatch, track samples and assist in converting the enquiries into sales.
- Support the sales team in administrative functions.
- Process web-orders and handle the online chat function for customer queries.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and generating ideas to improve the service offered to our customers and/or the efficiency of our internal processes.
- Mastering more specialist activities including managing export orders, dealing with bespoke orders, account management, customer care.

- Experience in/ understanding manufacturing processes preferred.
- Experience in a previous service and sales role preferred.
- Understanding of costing.
The Package:
- �26,000 - �29,000 per annum depending on experience.
- Office working hours, Mon-Thurs 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Friday 8:30AM - 1:00PM.
