Key Responsibilities:




  • Serve as the initial point of contact for valued members, providing exemplary customer service and guidance.

  • Handle member enquiries proficiently throughout the application, on boarding, and membership life cycle.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly address member issues and contribute to enhancing the overall customer journey.

  • Work closely with Customer Operations Managers and Head of Customer Services to uphold organisational mission and standards.

  • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, offering practical solutions to member inquiries.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with members and internal colleagues.
