Our client is and an independent call centre located in Blackwood, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service for a variety of clients across. Their team is passionate about delivering excellent service, and due to growth they are looking for a motivated individuals to join them as a Customer Service Advisor.



Role Overview



As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for both inbound and outbound calls. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support with a friendly and professional approach. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities




  • Answering inbound calls and responding to customer queries in a timely and courteous manner.

  • Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, provide information, or resolve issues.

  • Accurately logging customer interactions and updating customer records.

  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

  • Working closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Achieving personal targets to contribute to the overall success of the business.



Requirements




  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

  • Excellent telephone manner.

  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
