Role Overview
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for both inbound and outbound calls. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support with a friendly and professional approach. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls and responding to customer queries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, provide information, or resolve issues.
- Accurately logging customer interactions and updating customer records.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Working closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieving personal targets to contribute to the overall success of the business.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
