The salary for this position is �26,000 per annum and is located in Bristol.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Being the first point of contact for customers
- Monitoring emails and responding to enquiries
- Liaising with customers
- Overseeing diary management
- Handling general correspondence and requests as well as updating information on the system
- Ensuring all paperwork is compliant within company guidelines
- Maintaining service levels and undertaking work within agreed timescales
Key skills of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to adapt style of communication to suit the customer
- Proven track record of excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a positive client relationship
- Highly organised Proven ability to work to deadlines with effective time management skills
- Positive mind-set and attitude towards work
