Immediate start - 4 week temp contract
To assist the team in a busy period with answering account queries via email.

Duties include:

• Responding to customer accounts and offer queries via email

Who are we looking for?:

• Strong customer service skills
• Able to work at a fast-pace
• IT proficiency including Microsoft Office

Things to know:

• You will work remotely after 1 day of training in Syston, Leicestershire.
• You will be given equipment to use for the contract, and will be responsible for returning it at the end.
• Your output will be monitored to ensure you are meeting expectations
• The contract may only be for 4 weeks, but may be increased depending on workload.
