Avenue Recruitment are currently seeking temporary Customer Service Advisors/Administrators for our well established Fife based client for an initial 3-4 week period commencing on the 2nd December.
Skills & Person Spec:
- Strong Customer Service skills and experience
- Ability to follow a script and deal with outbound telephone calls
- Excellent computer skills
- Accurate data capture
- Ability to pick up systems quickly
- Enthusiastic yet conscientious and diligent approach to work
- Able to work independently
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday between 08:30-17:00
