Customer Service Advisor

Our client, a leading provider of Community Equipment Services, is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team in Greenford. This role plays a vital part in supporting vulnerable individuals to maintain their independence and quality of life, while enabling the NHS to focus on frontline care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate deliveries and collections of equipment with service users.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from service users and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with Community Equipment Technicians to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, providing outstanding service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Compassionate and detail-oriented, with a commitment to excellent service.
  • Fast work ethic to deal with high workload

Shift: Monday-Friday, varying start times including:

  • 9-6
  • 10-7
  • 11-8
  • 12-9
  • 1-10

With occasional Saturdays (rota-based, a maximum of 2 per month, 1 most of the time).




Job Types: Full-time, Permanent



Pay: £29,061.50 per year
