Tay Recruitment are looking to recruit two Customer Service Advisors for their client based in the Keynsham area. The positions are on a temp to per basis with a immediate start. You will respond to customer enquires via phone and email, book services requests onto the CRM/routing IT systems, chase customers for overdue skip collections, general filing and ad-hoc administrative duties as required



Responsibilities:




  • Answering phone, taking & processing bookings, general enquiries.




  • Responding to customer emails.




  • Processing credit card payments.




  • Communication with transport and operations departments.




  • Organising skip permits with local council.




  • Assisting in the weighbridge as required.




  • General Ad-Hoc admin duties.



Other tasks as may be required by site management to assist in the smooth, safe and compliant running of the business and operation.



Skills:




  • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.




  • Excellent organisation skills.




  • Team Player.




  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.




  • PC literate with experience in using Microsoft packages.




  • Ability to work under own initiative.



Desirable Skills:




  • Waste management experience.
