Customer Service Advisor

Pay Rate: �13.70 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are looking for individuals to support a short-term customer service role in Cosham that has experience in over the phone customer service and retention.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Engaging with customers to address their needs and retain their loyalty.
• Handling a large amount of inbound and outbound calls.
• Retaining customers by explaining the benefits of staying with the company.
• Providing service and solutions over the phone.
• Working with your team to ensure service standards are met.

What We're Looking For:

• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and empathetic approach to customer service.
• Experience in a phone-based customer service role.
• Availability for the full 4-week assignment
