We are looking for a bubbly and confident Customer Service Advisor to work for a well established and global company. This is an office based role located in Swansea on a minimum year contract.�

Responsibilities:

• Processing sales orders.�


• Providing exceptional customer service to manage enquiries and complaint resolution within a timely and professional manner.�


• Dealing with inbound and outbound telephone calls.�


• Liaising with sales team to increase opportunities.�

Requirements:�

• Excellent Reading and Writing Skills�


• Excellent Customer Service Skills


• Professional and Confident Telephone Manner�


• Confident Knowledge of Computer Systems�

This is a long term contract postion working Monday to Friday. They are offering an annual salary of �25k based on a 35 hour week.�
