Customer Service Advisor - Preston - Temp to Perm Role - Transport Experience Preferred.
PAY: £12.50ph, £18.90ph Overtime rate for Saturdays.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, plus optional Saturdays 08:00-12:00 paid at time and a half.
Silver Arrow require a Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Preston on a 12-week temp to perm basis.
Your Role:
- Dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Dealing with all customer enquiries and queries ensuring a positive experience.
- Liaising with depots and drivers.
- General admin duties.
What we need from you:
- Customer Service experience (2 years preferred).
- Previous experience in a customer service/call centre role. Transport company experience preferred.
- We are looking for someone who is proactive, likes working in a challenging environment, has a positive attitude and is outgoing and enthusiastic.
- Be able to work well within a small team.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Good IT skills and excellent communicator.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions
