Job description: Join our clients team as a Customer Service Advisor on a temp to perm basis. Your role will play a key part in customer engagement and creating a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities:              

As a Customer Service Adisor your duties will involve a wide variety of different duties providing support


  • Overall management of queries ensuring agreed service levels are achieved and customer satisfaction is delivered
  • Develop an expert level of understanding of customer queries to provide resolution
  • Taking ownership of queries
  • Liaising with the relevant stakeholders to find cost effective resolutions
  • Ensuring that each query is handled with flawless attention to detail and rectifying errors to ensure that data is logged accurately
  • Ability to pick up on trends that require additional training or a process review
  • Maintain accurate records

Hours of work:         Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Salary: £23,000 per annum with the opportunity to “level up” your salary and progress based on productivity and overall attitude.
