Customer Service Advisor

Triton Recruitment require a Customer service advisor in the Thirsk area.

Duties include:

• Process sales orders and keep customers updated on production and delivery statuses.


• Build relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.


• Responding to enquires.


• Deal with customer complaints and handle them within the company guidelines.


• General administration work.

Requirements:

• 2 years of customer service experience.


• Experience with SME manufacturing environment preferred


• GCSE or equivalent in English and Math, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


• Good telephone communication

Covering maternity leave.

Ideally drives sue to location.
