Our Ferndown based client provides excellent customer service and support solutions to their clients.

They are looking for a number of positions to be filled with an immediate start!

Hybrid: Available after 3 month

Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Advisor

• Taking incoming calls
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Handle enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure smooth diary management.

Do you have?

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail
• Previous experience in customer service, call handling, or administration.
