Talent84 are currently seeking a�Customer Service Advisor�for our Blaydon based client. This friendly team is looking for someone to join them on a Temp to Perm basis.
The right candidate will have fantastic people skills and previous customer service experience.
Responsibilities include:
�Provide customers with up to date knowledge on products
�Follow up with customers to ensure that their needs have been met
�Assist with the customer service inboxes and calls where required
�Administrative duties
Key skills and experience required:
�Fantastic customer service skills/previous experience
�Be enthusiastic and confident on the phone to customers
�Be able to multi task and adapt to a fast paced environment
�Be proactive and logical in your approach to the role
�Customer handling
�Attention to detail
�Be highly organised and reliable
�Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience
Shifts: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
