Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Advisors in Banbury to join our client, a premier contact centre outsourcing business, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to their clients.

They are looking for Customer Service Advisor to join their team where you will be assisting customers with a variety of their queries.

This is a part-time, temporary position and the hourly rate is �12.21 per hour.

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

• Being the first point of contact for all customer enquiries
• Answering high-volume inbound calls
• Supporting the customers in their times of need with their mortgage queries
• Delivering the highest level of customer service

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:

• Having a warm and friendly telephone manner is required
• Experience using digital communication systems is preferred
• Passion for delivering a great customer experience
• Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills
• Reliable, trustworthy, discreet and professional are key attributes required
