We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our client's established team to act as a first point of contact for customers and support advisors with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Be the first person customers connect with when they reach out by phone, email, or online chat
Listen carefully to what customers need and help them get in touch with the right person in the company who can best assist them
Take care of booking and organising meetings
Make sure all the important details from your conversations with customers are recorded on the CRM system and shared with the advisor who will be working with them
Follow up with customers after they've received help to see how happy they were with the service and get their feedback
Build good working relationships with the advisors so you can help them support customers effectively
Always make sure to follow industry guidelines and regulationsWhat we are looking for:

Previous experience in a similar customer service position
Confident communicator with a polite telephone manner
Proactive with the ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Organised and efficient
