Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Advisors in Weston-super-Mare to join our client on an 8-12 week temporary basis. You will be required to make and answer customer calls, providing them with empathy whilst managing their expectations and ensuring they have a positive experience.

The hourly rate is �12.21 per hour and is a full-time, temporary position.

BPackage for a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Salary: �12.21 per hour
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
  • Contract Type: Temporary, minimum 8-12 weeks
  • Location: Town Hall, Weston-super-Mare
  • Start Date: 21st April

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Providing a high level of customer service in all customer contact situations, delivering total customer satisfaction
  • Delivering a high standard of both inbound and outbound calls, in a professional, confident and friendly manner
  • Achieving and exceeding agreed personal and team targets
  • Communicating clearly and openly and displaying excellent listening skills at all times
  • Ensuring all customer details are captured and updated appropriately

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • You should have excellent communication skills
  • Ideally, you will have previous customer service experience and be able to provide quality service to customers
  • The ability to work well under pressure is required
  • Being able to work alone and within a team is required
  • Good IT knowledge is preferred
