Customer Service Advisors

Do you have superb Customer Service skills? Do you enjoy talking to people? Our client is looking for temporary Customer Service professionals for 3 months. The role will involve......

• Answer queries from customers across their product range
• Making calls to third parties
• Producing quotes and/or re-quotes over the telephone
• Performing relevant administrative tasks according to procedure, data entry standards and industry regulation
• Liaising between departments to ensure all queries are dealt with efficiently and result in the best customer experience
• Liaising with internal & external customers and third parties to ensure relationships are developed and maintained.
