Customer Service Agent

Smart Solutions are currently working with a leading Logistics organisation in Crick who are looking for Customer Service representatives to join their growing team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Days - Monday to Friday

Hours - (Apply online only) or (Apply online only)

Pay - �12.25 per hour

Responsibilities

• Speaking with Customers over the phone and email


• Creating KPI packs to send out to Customers


• Use of Excel and updating reports


• Ability to deal with queries and complaints over email


• Speaking with various departments to resolve customer queries

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the logistics industry


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.


• Experience within excel


• Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.


• Ability to work as part of a team


• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.


• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
