We are looking for a Customer Service / Assistant Manager to join our client in Melksham.
Working across 2 businesses, you will support with general day to day duties: offering excellent customer service to both commercial and private clients, and ensuring their questions are answered in a professional manner.

There is also great opportunities for development. You will support our client and help them to expand their content and reach on Social Media as they continue to grow, as well as being involved in credit control and bookkeeping.
As this role focuses on being a main point of contact for customers, by phone, email or in person, we are looking for someone who can excel at communication with people at all levels, ensuring they provide a friendly, professional and welcoming environment. Other key skills will include:
This is a part-time role and the working hours are 26.5 hours per week: Wednesday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (the days could be negotiable) and Saturday 10.00am - 2.00pm (Saturday working is essential)
