Prior experience in customer service is mandatory. Experience within the beverage industry would be a significant advantage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling all direct-to-consumer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Processing mail orders, tracking shipments, and managing customer calls professionally.
- Engaging with customers on social media platforms, ensuring exceptional customer care.
- Managing multiple work email accounts and responding to diverse inquiries.
Three years of experience in the customer service industry are essential.
