We are currently recruiting for an experience part time bookkeeper to join a large company based in Foston, DE65 to support with general admin duties.
Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Pay Rate: £11.96ph
Hours: 07:30am - 17:00pm
What will I be doing?
- Ensuring that all administrative and technical tasks are carried out efficiently and completed in accordance with internal and external targets.
- General admin tasks - scanning, copying, replying to emails, speaking with other departments, taking messages, creating appointments etc.
- Speaking with customers with their ETA
- Assisting with sales as well as admin tasks
- Dealing with Purchase Orders
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
What do I need to know?
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Experience within a similar role preferred however training is provided
- Good communication skills
- Computer skills and understanding
- Must have a minimum 2 years of experience in customer experience
- Must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills
