Customer Service Assistant
Kinetic Recruitment are looking to recruit a Customer Service Assistant with immediate starts to work for a leading manufacturing company based in Llay, Wrexham.
*Permanent position*
As a Customer Service Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring all customer satisfaction is achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure Customer delight
* Proactively follow up with Customers in conjunction with key account managers
* Work closely with the sales team to assist with their Customer's sales objectives
* Customer service plays a key part of the day-to-day role which is in integral part of the business
* Regularly update customer database
* Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
* Providing data and reports to help the sales team
* Answering phone calls
* Scheduling diaries
Skills required :
* Proficiency in MS Office specifically in Excel skills. Familiarity in SAP preferred.
* Proficiency in English Language - formal and information
* Confident in liaising with internal and external customers
* Familiarity in similar roles with CRM systems and practices
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Ability to work independently
Must have own transport due to location
Working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
�11.44 per hour

20 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holiday
