Our client is looking for a�Customer Service Administrator to ensure that all customer related issues are accurately documented and communicated to the relevant parties.� This would include�any failures another part of your role would be to�administer the return of goods and progress chase third party providers to ensure the compliance of agreed processes.
Your duties will include but not be limited to
- Actively maintain the daily late running and failed delivery report.
- Create and monitor the rebooks and returns determining costings to all parties.
- Initiate regular dialogue with third party providers to ensure that deliveries are meeting their booking requirements.
- Ensure weekly KPI reports are produced in an accurate and timely manner.
- Deal with day-to-day queries from the customers and third-party providers.
- Record and maintain delivery discrepancies ensuring that they are reported to relevant parties.
- Accurately administer and control all returned stock and collections.
- Complete transport administration tasks ensure accurate weekly accounts.
- Ensure that systems are reviewed regularly to achieve continuous improvement.
- Help to always operate a safe environment in line with company policy.
- Any other duties required by the business.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent current experience MS Office
- GTS /ESP, SAP Knowledge (desirable)
- Ability to multitask and work in a pressurised environment.
- Excellent communication both written & verbal
- Active listening and influencing skills, ability to deal with challenging issues.
- Analytical approach with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to work on own initiative and organise own workload.
