Streamline Search are recruiting on behalf of our client. Our client has been established for nearly 30 years and are experienced in the Freight and Logistics industry. They handle importations and exportations of all/any cargos by multimodal means- Air, Sea, Road & Rail. They are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator with experience of all modes of transport to enhance their busy team.

Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with agents and customers.
  • Dealing with the freight process start to finish minus the operations.
  • Providing quotations to customers and agents.
  • Booking new shipments.
  • Managing cross-trade shipments.
  • Following up with clients after transaction
  • Handling invoicing.

Customer Service Coordinator Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in shipping, sea, air, and road freight forwarding.
  • Strong knowledge of the global freight industry.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A collaborative and dynamic team player.

Customer Service Coordinator Remunerations:

  • Mon- Fri
  • 9:00 - 17:00
  • �30,000 - �35,000
  • Possibility of Hybrid in future
  • Onsite parking
  • Company pension
