Position: Customer Service Coordinator
Package: £26,000 - £27,000 pa + 21 days holidays rising to 25 with service plus stats, Pension scheme, Annual company bonus.
Location: Clayton-le-Moors
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.45 – 17:00, Friday 8.45 – 15.45.
Summary: The Customer Service Coordinator will be the first point of contact for all customers (internal and external) queries. They will have a dynamic and professional approach with a passion for problem solving and providing the highest standards of customer support. They will maintain and enhance customer relationships to ensure operational objectives are met. The role comes with a realistic opportunity to become the Customer Service Supervisor and then manager as the team grows over the next phase of the company's growth strategy.
Environment: Modern office environment based at the groups training & distribution centre. The company have made a huge investment over the last 12mths including new state of the art machinery at their manufacturing facility close by, as well as at their training centre at Clayton-le-Moors.
