Gi Group is working on behalf of our client in Cannock. To support their progress, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator – Futures Division to come join the team at Lodge Lane.
After around 9 months the office team will move to new facilities in Powerpark Wolverhampton.

As our Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Responding to customer enquiries, pricing requests, delivery information and samples by telephone and email.
Working with the team to manage multiple team mailboxes.
Checking of addresses, pricing, discount, product and haulage availability
Ensuring new pricing requests are updated within the system
Accurate and timely registration of new opportunities on the system
Accurate entry of Quotations, Sales Orders, Samples and Schedules within the JDE system
Working with the Sales & Operational Planning team to review and manage customer orders and schedules
Investigating and resolving invoice queries
Working with haulage partners to resolve delivery issues, whilst reducing costs to the customer and business.
Ensuring regular and accurate updates are made within the CRM system
In order to be successful as our Customer Service Coordinator, you will ideally be/have:

Good interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written.
Excellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard skills.
PC Literate and numerate, proficient in Microsoft applications, including Office and Excel.
Demonstrate creativity and adaptability
Knowledge of JD Edwards or similar systems
Business to business customer service
Experience with CRM Oracle based system Previous experience working in customer service within a manufacturing environment and/or exposure to the building industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
