New Business & Customer Services Coordinator

Location: Bracknell
Salary: £17.12 per hour / 35-hour week
Contract: 3 to 6 months with the potential for a rolling contract
Shift Pattern: 9:00-17:00 and 10:00-18:00, including one Saturday in every 3 to 4 weeks (day off in lieu)

Our client is seeking a New Business & Customer Services Coordinator to join their dynamic and supportive team. This role requires an individual who thrives on providing excellent customer service and is adept at multitasking in a busy environment. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with dealers and customers,ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer and dealer phone calls in line with the department's Service Level Agreements.
Build and maintain strong dealer relationships through clear and effective communication, ensuring every interaction is positive.
Provide a high level of customer service, responding to queries in a timely manner.
Make changes to customers’ finance agreements, ensuring accuracy in all processes.
Accurately allocate manual payments to customer agreements.
Efficiently check and process finance documentation.
Respond to correspondence from customers, maintaining excellent attention to detail. Required Skills and Experience:
Previous experience working in a customer service environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with both customers and colleagues.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines, even under pressure.
Quality-conscious, with a keen eye for detail.
This role is subject to satisfactory references, including a DBS Check and Financial Check. Desirable:
Previous experience in the motor finance industry is highly preferable. Working Hours and Flexibility: While the contract states a minimum of 35 hours per week, our client offers flexibility in how those hours are worked. Shifts vary between 9:00-17:00 and 10:00-18:00, and there is a requirement to work one Saturday in every 3 to 4 weeks, with a day off in lieu during the week.
Though there is no contractual right to work from home, employees may request to work from home for up to 50% of the working days in any given month, depending on business needs.
