Customer Service Coordinator - Middlewich - Permanent Role - Office Based

Salary: Up to £26,000 depending on experience.

Shift Pattern - Mon - Fri - 08.00am - 17.00pm with 1 hour lunch (unpaid).

Silver Arrow has a vacancy for a Customer Service Coordinator with a reputable, innovative and multi award winning transport & logistics group based in Middlewich.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Office based customer service or administrative experience is required.
  • Previous experience of managing key customer accounts would be highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A good level of IT Literacy.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role:

  • Management of key customer accounts, dealing with enquiries and processing of customer orders.
  • Working closely with internal planning team to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Managing of customer expectations and informing of any delays in receipt of goods.
  • Providing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for all customers.
  • Dealing with complaints.
  • Quality checking of each order and obtaining delivery confirmations.
  • General administrative support.
