Shift Pattern - Mon - Fri - 08.00am - 17.00pm with 1 hour lunch (unpaid).

What We Are Looking For:
\n
\n- Office based customer service or administrative experience is required.
\n- Previous experience of managing key customer accounts would be highly desirable.
\n- Excellent communication skills.
\n- A good level of IT Literacy.
\n- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
\n
\n
\n
Your Role:
\n
\n- Management of key customer accounts, dealing with enquiries and processing of customer orders.
\n- Working closely with internal planning team to ensure timely delivery of products.
\n- Managing of customer expectations and informing of any delays in receipt of goods.
\n- Providing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for all customers.
\n- Dealing with complaints.
\n- Quality checking of each order and obtaining delivery confirmations.
\n- General administrative support.
