You will be handling both inbound and outbound calls with customers to discuss their situation, account information and aiding them in making payments.Your focus is getting it right first time and always aiming to delight our customers.This entails:Handle phone calls with customer queries and provide resolution to end usersRecord case resolutions customer communication via phone, email, chat etc.Ensure that cases are resolved within case life cycle, as per individual balanced scorecardEscalate priority issues per client specifications to the immediate lead as applicableProvide fantastic customer service and meet quality standards on all handled contactsHandle calls while maintaining the targets defined for the project: response time, handle time and resolution rate aligned with Project KRAs.You're someone who has:Customer service experience or contact centre experienceNear native (interpreted as CEFR level C1) or native in relevant language and manageable English skills (B1+ or better) in writing and speaking to understand documentation and log accurately in the systemsYou're someone who is:Passionate about providing fantastic levels of service for customersAble to work and learn quickly in a fast paced, fun and dynamic environmentCaring about doing a great job and exceeding expectations with the quality of what you doCalm and reassuring with their telephone mannerResilientPro-active, inquisitive, and problem-solving by natureStarting salary of £30,000 per annumWe’re committed to creating a Diverse & Inclusive culture through the execution of our D&I strategy, community relationships, our people & leaders.Grow your future with us!
