Are you passionate about fashion and exceptional customer service? TeamJobs is thrilled to partner with a renowned Fashion Brand in Poole, and we're on the hunt for a Customer Service Executive to join their vibrant team!

  • Up to �28,000 DOE
  • Poole, Dorset
  • Permanent / Full time role
  • Monday to Friday - 09:30am-18:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries via Live Chat.
  • Process returns from web sales.
  • Inform customers of any unavailable items and issue refunds accordingly.
  • Assist customers with faulty garments and propose satisfactory outcomes.
  • Support the B2B function as required.
  • Share positive feedback with the company.
  • Help develop customer ticketing systems and other systems to improve job effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Strong system skills; experience with Shopify and Sage 50 / 200 is ideal.
  • Positive outlook and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently, be a self-starter, and know when to escalate issues.
