We have a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Executive based in Milton Keynes to join one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client are well-established and rapidly growing suppliers who really take care of their team.

Responsibilities of the Customer Services Executive

Act as the first point of contact for customers.
Answer enquiries via phone and email and add to the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project updates.
Qualify and process incoming enquiries.
Provide and set up quotes.
Convert enquiries for quotes into tasks.
Requirements for a successful Customer Services Executive

Previous Sales Administration experience.
Professional and confident telephone manner.
Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and Teams.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with great attention to detail.

Summary of the Customer Services Executive role

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm
