Manchester Staff is actively seeking a Customer Service Manager to join an expanding FMCG business based in Preston! The company has a strong existing client base and is turning a strong annual profit putting them in good stead for doubling their team size in the next 12 months.

The Customer Service Manager role:



This role is all about customer experience and driving revenue! The position will see you managing the portfolio of existing clients, lapsed and prospective accounts to help maximise sales revenue. This role will also involve the Customer Service Manager making outbound calls to drive sales. Going forward the role will grow to project management, strategic planning, marketing and logistics.





The ideal Customer Service Manager:





Essentials:




  • We are looking to speak to candidates who come from the FMCG sector

  • A background in sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets

  • Impeccable communication skills and experience with reporting �

  • Strong with administrative tasks with solid computer literacy

  • A valid drivers license as well as own transport is necessary for the role





Desirables:




  • LinkedIn / social media / marketing experience

  • An employment background in telesales

  • Experience with account management
