This role is all about customer experience and driving revenue! The position will see you managing the portfolio of existing clients, lapsed and prospective accounts to help maximise sales revenue. This role will also involve the Customer Service Manager making outbound calls to drive sales. Going forward the role will grow to project management, strategic planning, marketing and logistics.
