Customer Service Manager (Building Services)

Location: Norwich

Salary Range: £300 -£400per day (depending on skills and experience)

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm 

Contract is freelance basis ongoing

ARC Group are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager for our client based in Norwich. The ideal candidate must have experience managing a large team with a good background of property or buildng services. Experience in a scheduling or call centre management background would be beneficial for the role.

Key Responsibilities:


  •  As the Customer Service Manager you will be managing a range of teams (around 20 people) working within a building services sector
  • As the Customer Service Manager you will be required to assist with any implentation of new systems & contracts and roll that out to the teams
  • As the Customer Service Manager you will be required to deal with complaints handling, roll out of KPI's and assist with the workers training programmes.
  • As the Customer Service Manager you will be working with a team leader to make sure teams are providing a good service to clientsl contractors and tenants.

 Skills and Experience:


  • Must have experience in working in a fast paced environment
  • Must have experience in managing a team ideally in a call centre environment 
  • Must resilient, organised, professional and able to deal with a range of people in teams
