Kenna Recruitment has a brand new exciting position for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join one of the UK's largest residential developers in being responsible for managing a small team that will manage customers throughout the warranty period whilst also maintaining a customer focused approach and delivering high levels of customer service at all times.You’ll play a key role in developing our already exceptional service and guide our customers through their exciting homebuying journey. To do this, you need to be confident, personable, energetic, and self-motivated, as you’ll be the main, face-to-face point of contact across a number of our sought-after developments.Duties:Oversee the day-to-day responsibilities within the Aftersales department.Liaise with aftersales assistant to produce weekly reports to identify the following Daily communication with the aftersales team to manage workloads.Review training of Aftersales team members and address any training requirements.Carry out apartment and communal area inspections prior to the anticipated completion date for new homes as required and report back the condition and progress of the properties to the Head of Aftersales and Project Manager.Oversee unit handover from the construction team and carry out full/final inspections of properties with the construction site manager to ensure that the property is finished to the required standard.Liaise with the construction team and subcontractors to ensure any snagging items identified from preoccupation or occupation snagging lists are dealt with promptly and to the required standard.Review post-completion maintenance defects with aftersales assistant.Demonstrate workings of the apartments to customers, residents, and agents when required.Assist customers with their queries pre and post-legal completion.Investigate all reports of defects, follow up with appropriate actions and oversee remedial works during the year warranty period.Desired Qualifications/Attributes: Construction/Customer Service Qualification Knowledge of the Construction Process.Understanding of NHBC Warranties and Standards 3 years’ experience in a customer focussed environment.Ability to communicate clearly both face-to-face, via telephone, and email.What can we offer you?Salary between £55,000 - £63,000Company Bonus Scheme Company Car or Car Allowance Private pension up to 7.5% Private healthcare and cash plan options 28 days' annual leave Cycle to work scheme Share save scheme Gym membership discounts
